Happy New Year!
If you’re like us, you might be setting New Years’ goals like eating healthy, being mindful, and signing up for that postpartum Zumba class. If you are an expectant or new parent, goals are in the mind of the beholder eg. a birth that goes “according to plan”, sleeping through the night after baby is born, watching Netflix with your partner for one episode after baby is born.
